H. E. Phanor

As a thought leader in the entrepreneurship community, and serial entrepreneur, Dr. Phanor began his career as a corporate financier and professor of accounting. He specializes in building, managing, and scaling businesses.
When occasionally pried away from his laptop, Dr. Phanor can be found screaming at the Cleveland Cavaliers, creating epic dinners, spending time creating events related to strengthening relationships, or finishing his degree in psychology at Harvard University.

As an original member of the marketing team, Ronald has worn several hats since joining Founder & CEO Dr. Phanor. With over two decades of marketing, and entrepreneurship experience, Ronald leads the Sales and Marketing teams while working directly with Fan Boost Media's largest clients to develop and deploy their online marketing strategies.
In his "spare time," Ronald can be found coaching individuals and small business owners about "Creating Your Own Economy (CYOE)." He can also be found speaking at industry events, enjoying music events, or serving his family, community, or dog.

Established in 2013, Dr. H. E. Phanor began with an idea that business services, such as social media, should be affordable to everyone in the small business marketplace. He had the idea that businesses should be able to preserve their entrepreneurial spirit by supporting the local restaurant, the make-up artist, the barber, the stylist, the mom-and-pop shop, the real estate agent, the speaker, and the family medical practice, etc. with competitive social media solutions. As a result, Fan Boost Media was founded on one simple business model: to create affordable and effective social media management for the small business marketplace.
